Founder | Executive DirectorI feel very confident in recommanding the CAASN Sports Nutrition Course, not just to novice students but also to more experienced practitioners. The course gives a clear, although condensed and very specific, understanding of peculiar conditions that may affect athletes and that are normally not considered in classical nutrition classes. For each problem, the course is very focused on presenting specific nutritional approaches.
In the end, this was an extremely helpful set of lectures that broadened my knowledge and perspective on nutritional aids that can be used, on a regular basis depending on the training period, to support my athletes’ performance, and to overcome some problematic situations.
