Blowing is a type of throwing sport in which a player throws or rolls a bowling ball toward a pin or a target. It is primarily played as a leisure activity than a professional sport. Bowling has two variations: pin bowling and target bowling. The pin bowling is usually played on a flat wooden surface, and a player attempts to knock over pins at the end of a lane. When a player knocks down all pins on the first roll, it is called “strike“.
The target bowling is played on the surfaces such as grass or gravel. In target bowling, a player tries to get the ball as close to a target or mark as possible.
